Non-Sponsor Tables: $550 - SOLD OUT Includes (8) General Admit Tasting tickets, Table with eight chairs. Location preference is taken but NOT GUARANTEED. Sponsor Table have priority. Locations are: NEW AMPHITHEATER STAGE, Riverside Area, Brew Stage or Manor House Lawn Stage. HOW DOES IT WORK? After you have shown your ID - you will be given an event-tasting wristband and one of our tasting glass. There will be VA Wineries, an International Wine Tent, and Craft Brewery Tents that will be offering over 100 tastings! A tasting is just that - a small sampling, about an oz (there is a line on the glass so those pouring can measure) and you can have as many as you want!
Each winery/brewery handles their tastings differently, so be sure and visit all of them - as sometimes they may be offering different wines/brews as the day goes by. If you find something you like, purchase a bottle and share with your friends or get your own glass. For the VA WINERIES and the INTERNATIONAL WINES, you can purchase your bottles (unopened) and take them home. Great way to stock up on your favorites without having to go all the way to the winery.
Purchase Wine/Brew: Wineries sell by the glass, usually about $5-7 and bottles from $15-25. 16 oz Beer Tickets are $5.00 each or you can get a 64 oz Growler for $25 (includes one fill-up) and then re-fill it for $20 (4 Beer Tix). If you purchased one of our Growlers at either Bacon/Bourbon or BOB, don't forget to bring it (empty of course) and we do allow you to re-use it. We only honor OUR Growler. There are rinsing stations on site for you to rinse your glass out between tastings. All Growlers must come empty/leave empty. No open glasses of wine/brew are permitted to leave the festival.
There is live entertainment all day on three stages, fabulous food & retail vendors. We put in an order for great weather, but it is a rain or shine event, so dress both your body and your feet!
How do Ticket Releases work: When time for release, the buttons below will go LIVE and work. If you click on them now, they don't go anywhere. When they go live they will say "BUY 1ST RELEASE - LIVE NOW". If you log in BEFORE release time, OR IF IT IS AFTER RELEASE TIME AND THEY DON'T SAY "BUY NOW - LIVE NOW", you need to REFRESH YOUR BROWSER (the little circle arrow thingy where you type in a website name). Our events do sell out fast, like in a minute or two sometimes. Tables sometimes in a matter of seconds.
There is not an e-tix to print. You will get an emailed confirmation from PayPal for your transaction. Please check the address on your confirmation and let us know asap if it is not correct or if you move before we mail tickets out.

1st Release: Wednesday, Feb 27th, at 7:00 am (1st release ends at 7:00 pm, or until sold out, which ever occurs first)
2nd Release: Thursday, Feb 28th, starting at 8 pm until sold out
Hotels are currently taking reservations and you can secure your tickets (two per room reservation) now. Contact hotels directly by calling. Your tickets will be waiting for you at check-in. See LODGING TAB. You can also make hotel reservations without tickets if you get yours some other way. Hotels often sell out well in advance, so don't wait if you want a room.
Designated Driver Tickets:
ONLY SOLD DAY OF EVENT AT THE GATE - $25 CASH ONLY Still must be 21 & up. Please bring $25 in cash to the WILL CALL/DD Tix booth located before you enter the gate. Sponsors can pre-arrange DD Tickets if needed. We will still offer these at the gate even if the event sells out!
You will receive a NON-TASTING WRISTBAND and will not be permitted to purchase or taste at any of the wineries or brew tents, including wine bottles for take-home. The intent of this ticket is NOT to gain access into a sold out event, but to truly be driving a group home from the festival. If found abusing this intent, you will be asked to leave the event. We encourage groups to use our safe-ride DD designated driver option and to arrange post-event transportation. Under aged drivers picking you up will have to wait for you in the parking lot, as they are not permitted to enter festival site.

Fest reserved right to stop serving fest attendees who have over-consumed. Proper behavior and responsible post-fest transportation plans are encouraged. Small picnic baskets/coolers permitted. No alcoholic beverages of any kind or glass may be brought into the fest site. Bags/Coolers will be searched. VA Wines & INTERNATIONAL WINES may be purchased & taken home if they are uncorked. All open wine bottles & brew purchased at event, must remain inside fest site. Our logoed Growlers may be brought back for any event, but must come & leave empty. Click Here for all rules.
