We sell out fast, here are some hints to help you get tickets.....
Our events sell out fast when tickets go on sale.....Sometimes in just a few hours or days. Kinda crazy, but true.
So, best thing to do to stay informed is to join our ENEWS list so you get updates and reminders. Why do we limit our tickets? We may not be the biggest fest out there, but we are the best! Our site only holds so many people and we don't want it to be over-crowded. One of the things we hear the most from our fest attendees is how nice it is that there is room to spread out blankets and be comfortable. There are plenty of massive events in Coastal Virginia if you are looking for 10,000+ people - - but if you want to relax, have some elbow room and not fight lines, then come to our events. Just plan on getting your tickets early.
HOW DOES IT WORK? First we have an early VIP PROGRAM....Before individual tickets go on sale to the public, we kick off our VIP Chalet, Premium Tables & Sponsorship Program. It is a fundraiser folks -- so we seek out sponsorships to help pay for the costs of an event. We donate our proceeds back into our local community, to a broad spectrum of causes. We want you to have a great time, but we are trying to raise much needed funds for our benefiting organizations. We kick off each event with our VIP program, which includes Private Party Chalets, Tables & Specialty Sponsorships. So, if you definitely want a table or a chalet, you should try to acquire one when sponsorships go on sale. We have a limited number of chalets and tables.
You DO NOT HAVE to be a business to be a sponsor - many of our past Chalet Owners and Sponsor Tables are just a group of folks, who pitch in their money and get one - and they have learned to do it during our early VIP Program, instead of waiting. Just a heads up, Chalets that we sell to the public on Ticket Sales Day, usually go within 15-20 minutes. Non-Sponsorship Umbrella Tables also go very quickly, so if you really want one, go ahead and book it during the sponsor period, so you know you have one! Yes, you pay a bit more, but remember, you are helping us help our community.
How do I just buy Non-Sponsor tables or Individual Tickets? They go on sale about 60-90 days prior to the festival. They are available on-line ONLY. If you have some huge problem with making an online purchase, on each event's website there is info on how to call the day tickets go on sale.
After the 2016 Wine & Brew that had tables sell out in 7 minutes, and the entire event sold out in 72 minutes, we started having TWO release dates for on-line sales. One at 7:00 am and the other at 8:00 pm the next day. This allows a second option for folks who can't get on-line at 7:00 am in the morning. Check out our home page or the individual event website for ticket release dates.
You can pre-order event shirts and add it to your ticket order. Currently, we use PayPal for the purchase and then we mail actual tickets to you about 3 weeks before the event.
